OSTEOPOROSIS
Osteoporosis is a bone disease, so easily broken bones. Based on research showing that 80% of cases are caused by osteoporosis and another 20% died within 3 months. When did Osteoporosis started happening?

To reduce the risk of osteoporosis can be done following these steps: Reduce drinking coffee, soft drinks, alcohol and smoking which can cause excessive excretion of calcium, consume enough calcium, so that our bodies do not lack calcium, avoid eating foods that contain too much protein and fat, during pregnancy and breastfeeding should be given sufficient calcium because calcium needs increase, sufficient exercise, to prevent bone shrinkage.
